The vehicle I received didn’t include a spare tire or winter tires, despite my request and willingness to pay extra for them. Also, it came without floor mats, so now I have to sort that out before it gets all dirty. On top of that, the car was not clean on the outside, showing several scratches, and the engine was making a lot of noise. I really dig the concept, but the service? Not so much.

Everything was smooth and the processing was fast. I got 2 cars for myself and my wife in just 4 months. Always a pleasure!

Just got a call from a salesman after I reached out, and his attitude was as cold as ice. It felt like he had too many requests to care about making a sale. He mentioned that I had to sort out financing first, and only after the bank approved my request could we discuss the car. What’s the point of 'Anfrage zum Fahrzeug' if you’re not sharing any details? Is this how it goes for every car purchase? I’ve never dealt with anything like this before.
Anyway, this was a really disappointing first experience. If they’re this frosty right off the bat, I can’t even imagine what it’d be like after I make a payment. So, I’m definitely not doing business here, which is a shame.
